Cory Summerhays, a former sous chef for some of Chicago's most famous chefs, moved to the American Southwest and went solo. She earned her culinary brilliance and courageous reputation at a Nevada Caribbean restaurant.
Cory Summerhays has held leadership positions in professional meal prep in Utah, Idaho, and Colorado. Summerhays, a newcomer to Tucson's culinary scene, hopes to impress residents and foodies with his delicious fusion cuisine.
